A crash on the A47 was causing long delays and heavy traffic between Norwich and Dereham.
The incident happened in Honingham by the Berrys Lane junction.
Heavy traffic was building both ways with tailback Dereham bound building to the Easton roundabout.

The incident was first reported at 6.09pm.
Drivers reported gridlock traffic nearly at a standstill.
