It could be considered the 'nuclear option' when it comes to sandwiches.
But you don't have to travel to a fancy New York deli or London market to take on the so-called Fatboy - it is only sold on a mid-Norfolk industrial estate.
Colin Spillman has just relaunched the behemoth baguette from his Rashers Snack Bar, which can be found on Dereham's Rash's Green Industrial Estate.
Mr Spillman said: “Before I started, I was looking around at other snack bars and they had ‘gutbusters’.
"I thought the 'Fatboy' just sounds right for me, especially given my speciality in breakfast food."
Inside the substantial sub - which stretches to 22-inches - sits three jumbo sausages, four rashers of bacon, mushrooms, onions and four fried eggs.
Anyone who devours the Fatboy within 10 minutes eats for free - otherwise it costs £8.50.
Although Mr Spillman, 57, originally launched the 1,800-calorie beast some years ago, only three people have ever beaten the challenge - the fastest time being seven minutes and 30 seconds.
He said: “I am amazed at the response to the challenge, which has always existed but has taken another form of excitement since I posted it again after seeing the ‘Espo Mac’ burger.
“I’m fairly busy here anyway, this just lets others know I'm here, and keeps a fun conversation going.”
The London-born joiner moved to Fakenham in 1999, before relocating to Dereham.
He opened Rashers in 2005.
He also offers a half-sized 'Fatboy Slim’, as well as the 'Insanity Burger', which is packed full of hot sauces.
The 'Fatboy' challenge - how did I get on?
This actually might be the first time I’ve lost a staring match with a sandwich.
I’ve never looked at something and found my stomach shrinking at just the thought of it.
Then again, I've never attempted to eat an entire baguette with the equivalent of full English in it.
It seemed to be a product of real quality with fried eggs cooked to perfection.

The bread was fresh and I asked for it topped with brown sauce.
It seems clear Mr Spillman takes pride in the condition of his kitchen, which his five-star hygiene rating attests.
I could only manage half of the Fatboy in six minutes and 25 seconds before declaring the baguette the winner and wrapping up the remains for tea.
It was delicious, a true meat-lover's feast. I would recommend the full Fatboy challenge to anyone who wants to write themselves onto the honour roll of this particular snack bar.
Otherwise, go for the slim version, or grab a friend to share it 50-50.
