It's time to grab your popcorn and pack a deck chair - outdoor cinema is coming to Dereham.
Fleece Meadow - behind the Memorial Hall in Norwich Street - will be the site of a triple film screening on Saturday, August 19.
Disney's Encanto will be screened at 1pm, to be followed by a screening of the classic musical Grease at 3.30pm. The Greatest Showman will be screened at 6pm.
The idea for the event was discussed at Dereham Town Council's full council meeting on June 13 after being proposed by councillor Stuart Green.
The Dereham Memorial Hall bar will be open for the day, and the Railway Tavern will run an outdoor bar.
There will also be food trucks on-site all day, and people are welcome to bring their own picnic.
Tickets are not needed but seats are not provided, so people are advised to bring their own chairs or picnic blankets.
