Plans have been submitted to develop a new dog walking field.
Documents sent to Breckland Council supporting the application at Elsing Road, Swanton Morley, outline several modifications to the site.
They include the field to be enclosed on all sides by 1.8m Tornado dog fencing, access to the road to be enhanced and widened with the ground being levelled and surface, the installation of a small car park with space for four vehicles and turning area at the front of the site.
A six-foot fully meshed deer gate would also be provided to the site entrance to prevent access outside of operational hours.
An additional gate within the fencing to allow a tractor to enter and maintain the site throughout the year, and a personnel gate from the car park would allow people to access it.
There will also be a dog waste bin close to the car park, a sheltered seating area, and solar downlighters.
A decision is expected by April 15.
