Emergency services were called to a crash in a village near Dereham.
Police attended the incident in North Elmham at 1.50pm today in Holt Road at the junction with Elmham Road outside the King's Head Hotel.
The crash involved a single motorcyclist that caused the road to be blocked.
An ambulance was also called to the scene where the rider was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital for further treatment.
Police remained at the scene as they worked to make the area safe.
