A three-week road closure is expected to cause disruption for drivers near Dereham.
Hulver Street in Scarning is closed until May 10 to allow Vattenfall Wind Power Ltd to lay new ducting.
A diversion will redirect traffic via Dereham Road, Bradenham Lane and back on to Hulver Street.
Drivers can also expect delays in Westfield Lane in Dereham until Tuesday due to Anglian Water maintenance work.
Traffic will be redirected via East View, Yaxham Road, Tavern Lane, South Green, Westfield Road and back on to Westfield Lane.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times during both road closures.
