Drivers have been warned about disruption on the A47 next month due to major flood prevention works.
National Highways has announced it will be installing another floodwater storage tank on the A47 at Honingham.
Due to the substantial rainfall in recent months, the road has flooded multiple times leading to several emergency closures.
It comes after a tank was installed in June as part of a drainage solution to help prevent flooding which had previously closed the road.
To install the second base and tank, an overnight road closure will take place on August 4 from 8pm to 6am.
The road will then close again from August 11 to August 14.
Eastbound traffic will be diverted via the A47 at Thickthorn, on to the A11 to Thetford, the A134 to Mundford and then the A1065 to Swaffham.
Westbound traffic will follow the diversion in reverse.
National Highways has warned that due to the nature of the work there may be some noise disruption.
