A new self-help book aims to be a guide for those struggling to navigate grief.
Finding Light in the Darkness has been written by Dereham's Kate Morfoot, MD of Jungle PR Ltd, and provides practical advice, guidance, and hope for anyone dealing with the complexities of loss.
Released as an E-book and paperback on Amazon, the book is structured to offer a supportive path through the different stages of grief.
