East Bilney Lakes has temporarily closed to anglers and café-goers, with mystery surrounding the reason for the announcement.
A statement on the site's Facebook page said: "East Bilney Lakes and café are now shut until further notice. It will be reopening in the near future but that date is not confirmed."
The venture near Dereham has asked visitors with bookings to get in contact for refunds.
East Bilney Fishing Lakes and The Kitchen Café is run by Kelly and Lee Carver.

Kelly Carver said: "I have loved every second of running the café and getting to know our amazing customers who have supported us."
She has said this is only "a temporary closure".
Some people have commented on the posts expressing upset and anger following the announcement, while others are left confused.
The reason for the closure is currently unclear.
Lee and Kelly Carver, from Norwich, fulfilled a lifelong ambition of operating a fishing lake after reopening the East Bilney fishery in May 2022.
