A man arrested for vandalising a bench in a public garden in Dereham has been sentenced at court.
Joshua Wright, 20, of Colleen Close in Dereham, was charged in September with criminal damage in the Queen Mother's Garden
The Queen Mother's Garden saw one of its benches damaged during an incident that rendered it unusable.
Wright's court hearing was held on October 30 at the King's Lynn Magistrates Court where he was sentenced.
He was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £322 as compensation.
