The Seasiders kicked start their season with an excellent performance against Wymondham Town.
Both sides looked to settle early and take control of the contest, but it was the hosts who took immediate control from the first whistle (final score: Wells Town 3 Wymondham Town 0).
Midway through the first period good link-up play between Harrison and Brewster saw Brewster turn and power his shot home to break the deadlock.
Wells started to create more chances and it was no surprise when increased pressure resulted in a penalty being awarded, Brewster converting from the spot.
The second half started with Wells looking comfortable against their opponents who started to lose their discipline and at one stage reduced to nine men following a red card and sin bin.
Ben Cole free kick eluded the visiting keeper to kill the match off.
Wells Town has no fixture this Saturday but will face Wymondham again in the County Cup on October 7 at Beach Road.
