Wells Town Football Club's reserves team took the spotlight last weekend due to the lack of a first-team fixture.
Wells Res hosted Hemsby in the Norfolk Junior Cup, with the match starting at a fairly slow pace and both teams not finding any good chances to score.
However, Wells started to create some good chances, and from a good, cutting pass, Kirby found the net.
Wells then looked in full control and went further ahead with a solo goal from Clipston and a Coppack penalty sending Wells into the 4th round draw.
This coming Saturday Wells Town hosts Loddon United, while the Res head off to Belton.
Kick-off is at 1.30pm.
